Web Conferencing
My company, just recently started using web conferencing with Eagle Teleconferencing. It is wonderful, we use live chat to explain what is going on with the web conferencing. I have to agree! The concept of Web Conferencing makes a huge difference in the we do our calls. Being able to chat makes a huge difference as well.
