I made the mistake and requested both entry & exit tones on my conference call that had 200 lines reserved and all I heard was beeping the whole entire conference call which is not good when you're trying to give a presentation. Eagles reservations department is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in case you find yourself needing to make a reservation at the last minute. The staff at Eagle is knowledgeable and helpful, I cant tell you how many times I have made a mistake scheduling a call, and Eagle has corrected it for me.
