The only feature that I would not recommend on an Eagle teleconferencing call, is the entry & exit tones. I made the mistake once, and requested both entry & exit tones on my conference call with over 200 lines reserved, and all I heard was beeping the whole entire conference call. This is not good when you're trying to give a presentation, and impress perspective customers. I made sure that right after the conference call was over that I called Eagle Teleconferencing and had the tones removed.
