On Eagle Teleconferences conference calls, they provide a feature that allows the callers to mute their own line. I know that sometimes when I call into a conference, there are a lot of other things going on in my office. So, I use this feature for almost all calls. I only have to press *6 on my phone and that mutes my line. I can still hear what is going on in the conference, but they can't hear me, and if for some reason I need to un-mute my conference line I can, by just pressing *6 again. Brilliant!
