On Eagle Teleconferences conference calls they provide a feature that the callers can mute there conference line. I know that sometimes when I call into a conference there are a lot of other things going on in my office. So I use this feature for almost all calls. And its easy. I only have to hit *6 on my phone and that mutes my line. I can still hear what is going on in the conference, but they can't hear me, but if for some reason I need to unmute my conference line I can by just hitting *6 again

I have an account with EagleTeleconferencing and it has recently came in very handy for me. I got engaged and wanted to tell everyone at once so that I didn't hurt anyone's feelings because some people would know before other people. So I just called Eagle Teleconferencing and set up a conference line, and then emailed everyone the information to get in the conference line. Then everyone called in and I told everyone the good news at once. So everyone was excited and happy that I had an account set up with Eagle, but now we're divorced so I used Eagle to tell everyone about that too!
Eagle Teleconferencing operators are able to take down names, phone numbers and email address from our customer who are calling into our audio conferences. Aren't they amazing!
