Our company recently started using started using Eagle Teleconferecing for all our conferece calls because they have a great 24 hour service. Some one is in there office at all times. My wife and I are currently remodeling our home and we have talked to a couple of different home interior designers and the most recent one had a very helpful feature. Changes to be made during a conference call.

When we call to set up a conference line sometimes we don't know how many people to expect to be on the call. If we need to add more lines in the middle of a call we know we can call into Eagle and they will add more lines as often as we call in. And if we need to have a pin number changed a few hours before the call then they will also do that for us as well. There are a number of things that may need changed or that could go wrong during a conference call and it is a real comfort knowing that there is a staff member at Eagle there at all times to make sure your call goes as smoothly as possible.

New Ideas and new begginings

When the company that I'm working for decided they wanted to do something different about the way they were conducting meetings and siminars someone suggested Eagle Teleconferencing. Problem solved!!

I was in the middle of hosting an important call to all our new employees the other day, which was our first ever teleconference call, and there was alot of disruptive backround noises. I didn't want to mute the call but I didn't know how to get the noises to stop. I called the staff at Eagle teleconferencing and explained my situation. Recording conference calls

My company uses audio conferencing every week. We hold meetings and lectures and sometimes people that need to be in the call can't be due to other appointments. So we have recently started recording our conference calls and playing them back at a different date/time that is conveniant for the people that have missed the original call.
