Dedicated Operator Audio Conferencing

I just was involved with a dedicated audio conference call through Eagle Teleconferencing. It was a new experience for our company. We are fairly new.

Our company uses the dedicated operator audio conferencing also. It is quite a different experience and an easy one. If there are any problems on the conference call the operator is right there to help with anything.

What is a "Dedicated Operator"?

Wow it sounds like Eagle teleconferencing has found another great tool with dedicated audio conferencing.

I have attended several conference calls where there was a lot of background noise which can be very annoying & you can't quite hear all you want to. I now have my own account & have reviewed some of the features for a speaker. I didn't realize there is a feature that a speaker can use to block out the noise. Put the call in lecture mode! That's all it takes! When I want tp hear anyone's comments, I can open the call up! Thanks Eagle!

Our company has several conference call lines with Eagle Teleconferencing. I am a speaker on all of those conference call lines. I do recommend if you are a speaker or moderator that you use lecture mode. This is great for noisy conference calls. All you do is press *5 on your phone and this mutes all the participants in the conference call. This is great because you can speak without all that noise but you can only use this feature if you are a speaker or moderator. Then to take it out of lecture mode you just press *5 again. You also have to make sure that you use speaker or moderator code when dialing into the conference call line. Great feature for noisy conference calls!
