A Good Day for Conferencing

January 2nd. 1 degree above zero, wind chill -16 and you have scheduled a ten o'clock meeting with your staff to discuss plans for the year ahead. Roads are still icy from the snowstorm from two nights ago, employees are grumbling to make the drive in to the office.

New Years Resolution 2008: I will use audio conferencing this year to save money and help keep my employees happy and productive.

Right on Marty! Teleconferencing is the way to go. Although no meetings today, I will ask by boss to use audio conferencing this year. No more driving in the snow (or heat whenever summer comes....)

My sitter cancelled last minute on my most hecktick day of the year. I used a combination of conference calls and web conferencing to get the job done from home.

I do agree teleconferencing is such a great tool for companies when the weather affects company attendance.

Audio Conferencing in India is becoming affordable and service oriented. I recently discovered that Eagle Conferencing is offering the quality service at extremely affordable price when compared with other service providers in the market. They even offer one month free trial. Now I'm with them using their services unlimitedly. I will continue to use Eagle conferencing in the future too.

Our company uses conference calling all the time to communicate from far away places. Even from upstairs to the employees in the sales department downstairs. Audio conferencing saves time by not having to wait for others to get to the meeting room on time or driving across town during ruch traffic.
