Conference Call Transcription
We requested a transcription of a conference call from Eagle Teleconferencing. Everything that is said in the conference call is typed word for word. We use this on our conference calls so we can keep track of topics on our meetings. It is also a good idea in case someone happens to miss the conference call meeting. We give out copies of transcript of the conference call to the people that missed the conference call meeting and they don't miss a thing! Thank you Eagle Teleconferencing!

WE HAVE OUR CALLS TRANSCRIBED ALSO. A COPY IS EMAILED TO US, BUT THEY ALSO WILL SEND US THE ORIGINAL TAPE & THEY EVEN INCLUDE A HARDCOPY OF OUR TRANSCRIPTION. ANOTHER GREAT REASON TO GO WITH EAGLE CONFERENCING.
I am always reluctant to try something new. I was having a lot of problems with the conferencing service that I had been using and a friend told me he used Eagle Teleconferencing. He said he had never had a problem. So I called Eagle set up an account. I was very nervous changing company's and all. The staff at Eagle was there for me every time I had a question someone was there to answer it. I have not had a problem since I went to Eagle. Thanks to the Eagle staff.
