Saving Money

Conference calls are an effective way to communicate for business, rather than face-to-face, which can often times be troublesome and expensive. Audio conferencing saves time, money, and travel expenses. If your company wants to cut their budgets (and who doesn't), then make a conference call with your workers whether across town or around the globe.

I was in the middle of hosting an important call to all our new employees the other day, which was our first ever teleconference call, and there was a lot of disruptive background noises. I didn't want to mute the call but I didn't know how to get the noises to stop. I called the staff at Eagle teleconferencing and explained my situation. They told me that they would take care of it and that I could get back into the call. And a few seconds later the line that was causing all the static and noise was hung up. The rest of the call was watched by an operator to make sure this problem didn't happen again. It was a life saver having them there to make such an inconvenience disappear so we could get on with our call with no other hassles.
