Eagle teleconferencing provides you with the option to record all your calls and to have them played back. These are really helpful services that Eagle provides. I can record a call and then instead of having to do the call over again for the people that missed the call the first time, I can play it back and the people on the call think it is a live call! It saves me a lot of time, and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg either.
