Eagle Teleconferencing offers conference calls for the US Bankruptcy courts! I work at a law firm, and we use there services all the time. If my boss is out of town, but has a court hearing, then all he has to do is call Eagle and set up a conference call dial out and they will call him and then place him into the court room over the phone!
