24/7 Servise

Eagle Teleconferencings 24/7 staff makes my job a lot easier. I have clients in other countries and with the time differences that only makes my job harder. My first conferencing center wasn't open 24/7 and I had to schedule my day around everyone else's just for this one call. When I heard about Eagle's 24 hour service allowing me to schedule calls through out the day and night with an operator handy to make sure my calls go well with no problems. That's a huge load off my shoulders.

Eagle Teleconferencing's technical support group is the greatest. There is always somewhere there at all times to make sure your calls goes as smoothly as possible. If there is a problem on with your call all you have to do is call into the technical support group and within minutes the problem has been taken care of.
