I found out that a company I was interested in was having a seminar through a conference call. I was excited to know that I would have the chance to use Eagle and its services. I have had but only one other call with them and I was very impressed by the quality of the call and the service that the employees showed us. I was on the call when I realized the company had given out the wrong pin number. We called eagle and had no idea what to do, they promptly changed the pin number and also watched our call the rest of the night to make sure that no one was left out. To me that is above and beyond!
