First, let me start out by saying Eagle Teleconferencing is Awesome! I recently was supposed to catch a flight to our companies other location in Houston. I had a rather long layover in Atlanta when they announced my flight had been cancelled. I had to call my boss and tell them I would not be able to make it. He then called Eagle Teleconferencing and set us up with a 24/7 conference line. We scheduled a web conference for me to attend on my laptop. While it was terrible that I was stuck in the airport and not able to make it. Eagle really pulled through for us. It is very comforting to know that no matter what you can always call on Eagle at anytime.
