I use a conference line with Eagle Teleconferencing. One thing that I have found that is a big advantage over other companies is there around the clock customer support. No matter what time it is or even if it's Christmas Morning I can call in and get someone at Eagle. Their audio conferencing is so convenient and easy to use anyone can do it. I really like the comfort of knowing if I ever have a problem I can call in and talk to a real person.
