I feel I need to comment on the great service I received today from Eagle Teleconferencing. I had forgotten to schedule a call for Saturday morning. It wasn't a large call at least but I had not called to schedule it and didn't remember that until 10 minutes before the call. I called Eagle and they had me stay on the line while they scheduled the call. I really appreciated their willingness to help me out immediately because I had forgotten to schedule this call.
