I only have to press *6 on my phone and that mutes my line. I have attended several conference calls where there was a lot of background noise which can be very annoying & you can't quite hear all you want to. I now have my own account & have reviewed some of the features for a speaker. I didn't realize there is a feature that a speaker can use to block out the noise. Put the call in lecture mode! That's all it takes! When I want to hear anyone's comments, I can open the call up! Thanks Eagle!
