Eagle Teleconferencing staff did a great job on our first audio conference line with their help it went smooth as silk for us. We are very pleased with the out come and are planning our next call very soon. The staff at Eagle is always helpful no matter what our needs are. I am planning on trying out their Web Conferencing too! They have so many different options and so many plans to choose from. I really recommend Eagle Teleconferencing to anyone who is need of a conference line.
If you are in the market for a Teleconferencing company, look know farther than Eagle Teleconferencing, they have the best services available with very affordable rates. Eagles reservations department is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in case you find yourself needing to make a reservation at the last minute. The staff at Eagle is knowledgeable and helpful, I cant tell you how many times I have made a mistake scheduling a call, and Eagle has corrected it for me. I am grateful to have discovered Eagle Teleconferencing
On Eagle Teleconferences conference calls they provide a feature that the callers can mute there conference line. I know that sometimes when I call into a conference there are a lot of other things going on in my office. So I use this feature for almost all calls. And its easy. I only have to hit *6 on my phone and that mutes my line. I can still hear what is going on in the conference, but they can't hear me, but if for some reason I need to unmute my conference line I can by just hitting *6 again.
When I signed up for Eagle Teleconferencing, I was more than a little skeptical. I had tried several other conferencing companies, all of which turned out disasterous. Eagle was my last attempt. I conducted my first conference call 3 days ago, and I was absolutely floored by its success. Not a glitch. I am so impressed with Eagle Teleconferencing, I am going to recommend them to anyone and everyone in need of a conferencing company.
I would not recommend entry & exit tones on conference calls that have 100 or more lines. I made the mistake and requested both entry & exit tones on my conference call that had 200 lines reserved and all I heard was beeping the whole entire conference call which is not good when you're trying to give a presentation. I made sure that right after the conference call was over that I called Eagle Teleconferencing and had the tones removed.
