If you are like me and you forget to set up a conference call that is supposed to take place in an hour and you need it done right now, its a comfort knowing that you can call and set it up and get a confirmation over the phone in just a few minutes. No matter what part of the world you are calling from there is always someone at Eagle Teleconferencing to make sure this happens for you as quickly as possible. It's also extremely convenient that they can fax, e-mail, call, or keep you on the line for a confirmations. I can always expect a reply within the hour.
I would not recommend entry & exit tones on conference calls that have 100 or more lines. I made the mistake and requested both entry & exit tones on my conference call that had 200 lines reserved and all I heard was beeping the whole entire conference call which is not good when you're trying to give a presentation. I made sure that right after the conference call was over that I called Eagle Teleconferencing and had the tones removed.

On Eagle Teleconferences conference calls they provide a feature that the callers can mute there conference line. I know that sometimes when I call into a conference there are a lot of other things going on in my office. So I use this feature for almost all calls. And its easy. I only have to hit *6 on my phone and that mutes my line. I can still hear what is going on in the conference, but they can't hear me, but if for some reason I need to unmute my conference line I can by just hitting *6 again.
When I signed up for Eagle Teleconferencing, I was more than a little skeptical. I had tried several other conferencing companies, all of which turned out disasterous. Eagle was my last attempt. I conducted my first conference call 3 days ago, and I was absolutely floored by its success. Not a glitch. I am so impressed with Eagle Teleconferencing, I am going to recommend them to anyone and everyone in need of a conferencing company.
