When I signed up for Eagle Teleconferencing, I was more than a little skeptical. I had tried several other conferencing companies, all of which turned out disastereous. Eagle was my last attempt. I conducted my first conference call 3 days ago, and I was absolutely floored by its success. Not a glitch. I am so impressed with Eagle Teleconferencing, I am going to recommend them to anyone and everyone in need of a conferencing company.
Our company recently started using started using Eagle Teleconferencing for all our conference calls because they have a great 24 hour service. Some one is in there office at all times. So if I decide at 1:30 am that I need a conference call I can call in and get it set up! This is great. They are open on holidays too!
Eagle conference calls have done it again! I was supposed to schedule a conference call for my boss and some of her co-workers. They needed a conference call today at 3:00 pm EST. I realized at 2:00 pm that I still had not set up the conference call but as far as my boss knew it was set up and ready to go. I called Eagle Teleconferencing and quickly set up the conference call and they helped me through it. The conference call was set up quickly and correctly and I received the pin numbers and dial in numbers over the phone so I didn't have to wait for a e-mail or fax... Eagle Teleconferencing saved the day!
I have attended several conference calls where there was a lot of background noise which can be very annoying & you can't quite hear all you want to. I now have my own account & have reviewed some of the features for a speaker. I didn't realize there is a feature that a speaker can use to block out the noise. Put the call in lecture mode! That's all it takes! When I want to hear anyone's comments, I can open the call up! Thanks Eagle!
I would not recommend entry & exit tones on conference calls that have 100 or more lines. I made the mistake and requested both entry & exit tones on my conference call that had 200 lines reserved and all I heard was beeping the whole entire conference call which is not good when you're trying to give a presentation. I made sure that right after the conference call was over that I called Eagle Teleconferencing and had the tones removed.
